About Us

PM Tech is a property maintenance company launched by Eduardo that serves the Twin Cities metro area. Previously, Eduardo held positions in the industry varying from an entry-level leasing agent to a Senior Portfolio Director. Meanwhile, he has overseen hundreds of properties from affordable housing to luxury properties and everything in between.

Eduardo has led top people in the industry and worked alongside some of the most influential and creative management teams in the Twin Cities. Consequently, as the chief administrator of PM Tech, Eduardo has the vital ability to understand what the industry needs and is able to train the teams to become an extension of each unique property.
